About
I am an experienced pastoral professional with over five years’ experience supporting young people within a secondary school setting. I am fully DBS checked and have extensive experience working closely with students navigating anxiety, low confidence, emotional regulation difficulties, organisational challenges and academic pressure.
I understand how overwhelming the GCSE and A Level years can feel — particularly for students who are capable and motivated but struggle with stress, perfectionism or knowing how to revise effectively. Many young people don’t lack ability; they lack structure, clarity and calm, consistent support.
My background in safeguarding, including experience as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), means I work within clear professional boundaries and place student wellbeing at the centre of everything I do. I bring a calm, structured and compassionate approach, helping students build practical revision systems alongside the emotional resilience needed to manage exam pressure.
Through personalised coaching, I support students to become more organised, more confident and more in control of their learning — not just during exams, but beyond them.
Programmes and Coaching
Complimentary Consultation
Before beginning any programme, I recommend a complimentary 15-minute conversation with a parent or guardian
This allows me to:
-
Understand the specific challenges your child is facing
-
Clarify whether coaching is the right form of support
-
Ensure expectations are aligned
-
Answer any questions about structure, safeguarding and outcomes
This conversation is not a coaching session but ensures that any support provided is appropriate, purposeful and strategically aligned with your child’s needs.
